Congratulations to Alex Moiseyev, who has won this state title every year that it was played since 2003 (and Alex also won this tournament three additional times prior as a PA resident).  Tournament was 9 rounds using round robin.  Masters used clocks (40 minutes + 10 seconds for TWO games).

$1120 in prizes were awarded.  Special thanks to our donors Joe McDaniel ($1000), 1989 Ohio champ Bill Schumann ($100, and he also visited the tourney), Aden Keim ($20 from 2023 prize), and to host Mark Sokolovsky for arranging his local party room.  Alan Millhone and Rich Beckwith provided bottled water and snacks.  Submitted by Richard Beckwith.
